A primer is used after cleansing the lashes and before you start applying lash extensions. Its purpose is to clean the lash extensions before applying on client. 
Use a lipbrush with a drop of primer to clean the base of the lash extensions before you start your work. This will make sure you have clean lashes and will give you great retention. Do not use on natural lashes as primer contains alcohol.
